When do I pay for my order?

Payment is required in full before your order and delivery can be processed.

After your order is processed, you will receive an email from one of our team members the week of September 15th with your delivery date. Deliveries are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. You do not need to be home at the time of delivery. For packages that include setup, we will style your front porch unless another location is specified in advance.

Our delivery window runs from September 29 through October 15. Exact dates are subject to availability.

Pumpkins are perishable, and their longevity depends on weather, handling, and location. Here are a few tips to help extend their freshness:

  • Our pumpkins are washed prior to delivery to increase their life.
  • Lightly spray with a water and bleach solution (1 tablespoon of bleach per gallon of water) to prevent mold.
  • Watch for pests. Check regularly for signs of squirrels, bugs, or mold. Remove affected pumpkins immediately.
  • Handle with care to avoid bruising or cuts.
